Plugin terms of use
Terms for using the Mr. Paid Social desktop plugin packages.
Last updated November 2, 2026.
These terms cover the Mr. Paid Social desktop plugins provided by Kruse Media LLC. By using the packages, you agree to these terms. OpenAI and any service you connect have their own terms, which also apply to your use of those services.
Use of the packages
You may use the plugins for your own work and authorized client work. Use only files, likenesses, accounts and other material you have the right to use. Follow applicable law and the advertising rules of the platforms where you use an output.
Do not use the plugins to access another person's accounts without permission, misrepresent a source or result, or create unlawful or deceptive advertising. Do not present the Mr. Paid Social plugin packages as your own product. Included third-party software remains subject to its own licenses.
Your files and decisions
You retain your rights in the material you provide. These terms do not give us ownership of your media or project records. The rights in generated material may depend on the provider and the material used to create it.
Review generated media, claims, calculations and campaign settings before using them. You are responsible for deciding whether an output is accurate and appropriate for your business. The plugins do not guarantee ad approval, campaign performance or a particular creative result.
Provider accounts and charges
You supply and control your own provider accounts and credentials. KIE generation may use paid credits. Meta account access is governed by your permissions and Meta's terms. Review the scope and cost before authorizing work. Provider charges and refunds are handled under the provider's terms.
Campaign Builder's creation operation uses PAUSED status. You are responsible for any later changes made through Meta or another tool. Publisher produces a release bundle; uploading or publishing through another service is a separate action.
Availability and limitations
The desktop packages depend on your computer, installed dependencies and any connected services. They may stop working when a provider changes an API or when a dependency is unavailable. We may update the packages or discontinue a version. Keep copies of important source files and outputs.
The packages are provided as available, without a promise that every source format or requested operation will work. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable law.
Privacy and contact
The plugin privacy policy explains local storage and external requests. Setup and support explains connections, troubleshooting and removal.
Questions about these terms go to caleb@mrpaidsocial.com. When these terms change, we will update the date above.
